1. Introduction

AutoPost Pro is a social media scheduling and automation service operated through autopostapp.com. This policy explains what information we receive, how it is used, and how users can request deletion.

2. Information We Collect

When a user connects Facebook or Instagram through Meta's authorization flow, we may receive information that the user authorizes, such as Facebook Page IDs and names, Page access tokens, and connected Instagram Business Account identifiers and usernames. We also process information needed to operate the AutoPost account, such as an email address and scheduled post content.

3. How We Use Information

Authorized Meta information is used only to connect the user's selected accounts and to create or publish posts requested or scheduled by the user. We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Data Storage and Security

Account and integration information is stored on the service's database and is accessible only for operating the service. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Users may disconnect their connected social accounts from AutoPost and may remove AutoPost's permissions through their Meta account settings. Users may also request deletion of their AutoPost account and associated stored data using our Data Deletion Instructions page.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Facebook and Instagram are services provided by Meta Platforms. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply to information handled by those platforms.
